& Privacy Notice.
The rules that govern nominations, independent evaluation and the responsible handling of nomination data.
Nomination access & cost
- Nominations are free. No payment, sponsorship, exhibition booking or table purchase influences eligibility, scoring or outcome.
- All twelve categories are open to nominations.
- One unified nomination form is used for every category.
- No access code is required.
Eligibility & integrity
- Self-nominations are allowed. A third-party nominator must tell the nominee before submission.
- NITDA-owned programmes, the awards organiser, serving jurors, sponsors and exhibitors are not eligible for a competitive award in 2026.
- The Secretariat checks completeness and eligibility only. It does not score nominations, rank candidates or select winners.
- Each declared conflict requires recusal from the affected nomination. The independent jury uses the published 100-point scorecard.
What happens after submission?
The nominator receives an email acknowledgement and unique reference number.
The Secretariat checks category eligibility, required evidence and conflicts.
Eligible entries are assessed by declared, independent jury members using the published scorecard.
