Digital Skills and Literacy

This track will emphasize the importance of developing a workforce equipped for the digital economy both in technical fields and in the application of technology across industries. It will highlight flagship initiatives such as the 3MTT programme and the Digital Literacy for All initiative while also exploring how EduTech innovations are expanding access to learning, improving teacher capacity and addressing rural-urban disparities. With over 200 million people and a median age of 18, Nigeria’s young population presents an enormous opportunity to harness technology for inclusive education and skills development that aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and the future of work.
